Here is a snippet of their story, which won the judges over, and resulted in them being selected as Round Two winners, for the Food & Drink Package!

STACEY & DERMOT

Dermot and I have been together for 15 years. We met by working together, I fancied Dermot from when I met him, so I asked him out on a Date one night when we was walking home.

Dermot didn’t give me an answer and cycled off on his bike, so a few nights later I asked him again – and he said yes! A year later we went on holiday to Cyprus where Dermot proposed to me, we wanted to start planning it but being young and not much money we put it on hold ,after a few years we decided to start a family and had our two beautiful girls. We then dedicated our time to raising our little humans.

A few years ago we decided to start planning again, unfortunately Dermot got severely attacked which resulted in a severe head injury. Over the past 18 months we have concentrated on Dermots recovery. We Feel truly blessed to still be together after having so many ups and downs,and now want to get as much out of life as possible together with our beautiful girls.

Upon finding out Stacey & Dermot had won Round Two they said;
