Here is a snippet of their story, which won the judges over, and resulted in them being selected as Round Two winners, for the Food & Drink Package!

BETH & DAN

We just managed to squeezed in for a table, or so she thought, at the restaurant we went to for our first date. We were just about to get stuck into our desserts when the waitress came over with a plaque decorated in chocolate writing with the words ‘Will you marry me?’. Beth looked at the plaque and then at me as I held out the ring and let out a nervous giggle. She obviously said yes, That’s why I’m in this predicament now!

Upon finding out they had won Round Two they said;

“Myself and Danny cannot thank you all enough. When we entered the competition we never thought in our wildest dreams that we would become round 1 winners. Its an absolute dream come true and set the ball rolling to be able to plan our special day for September this year!!

 

So when I received a call from Vicky to let us know we had also won Round 2, I was absolutely speechless!!! The girls at work had to put up with me talking about it and sobbing happy tears all afternoon. Danny couldn’t believe it when I called him to give him the great news!

 

Honestly, we feel extremely blessed and very honoured to be a part of this amazing opportunity. Which quite frankly without it we wouldn’t have been able to have the wedding we have dreamed of.
