Here is their story, which won the judges over, so much so, it resulted in them being selected as Round Two winners, for the Food & Drink Package!

GARY & AMY

We became an official couple back in 2011, which quickly became one of the best years of our lives! Then in March of 2012 our perfect happiness was pulled from under our feet when Amy’s Dad lost his battle with cancer.

Shortly after moving into our first home together Amy became very unwell, and was later diagnosed with same cancer that had taken her Father so suddenly only months before. In December of 2012 Amy was given the all clear, and thankfully has been ever since.

Upon finding out Gary & Amy had won Round Two they said;

“We had dreamed of, the perfect picturesque wedding, but having the financial means to convert these dreams into reality seemed always so far away. We teased ourselves looking at dream venues, and a spontaneous decision to enter a competition turned into our dream becoming possible!!!

We are excited, and look forward to our lives together as Mr and Mrs Richardson. We smile about the thought of my Dad looking down on us on our special day!! I know he will be there by my side walking me up the Aisle.”
