It has been over eight years since we met on holiday, and a year since the most amazing proposal. In February 2019 we took a holiday to visit my sister in Australia….

Three days into our holiday I was told to pack a bag, with the only information being we will be leaving early in the morning. Little did I know, I was being driven to Sydney Airport to board a plane to Fiji.

Being half Fijian, it has been my absolute dream to once visit the country where my Dad was born and lived until a young boy, and also where my family roots are.

Not only did Daniel surprise me with an unforgettable trip, but also proposed to me whilst we were there – On valentine’s Day! This has to be the best memory and experience of my life to date.
