CONGRATULATIONS
Kerry & Will have been selected as Round One & Two Winners of our Bespoke Competition at Moddershall Oaks! Their prizes included; Venue Hire, and a Food & Drinks Package!
After being selected to win the Venue Hire at Moddershall Oaks as part of Round One of the Bespoke Competition Kerry and Will were required to write about how they met or their proposal for the chance to win further prizes!
Story
Here is a snippet of their story, which won the judges over, and resulted in them being selected as Round Two winners, for the Food & Drink Package!
KERRY & WILL
We met in the British Army during a deployment to Afghanistan, fate would have it that we were on the same base in Germany. Following a brief 6 months Will was posted to the UK… we both agreed we wanted to make it work, albeit long distance relationships come with numerous struggles.
Eventually I was posted home making life easier and we managed to see each other every other weekend.
In May 2016 we had our beautiful daughter Minnie.
Will proposed in April 2017 unexpectedly during a break away to budapest, whilst having someone serenade me he dropped down on one knee in front of a beautiful water foutain.
2019 I left the army so Will could pursue his career and we could focus on being a family and baby number 2!
Upon finding out Kerry & Will had won Round Two they said;

‘Winning round 1 and 2 of the competition has really come as a shock to myself and Will however it is greatly appreciated and it now means we can have the wedding of our dreams in a location that might not have been possible without the support of the competition and subsequent staff we have met along our journey so far.
Winning the competition has made me more relaxed knowing we are in capable hands and being provided with guidance and support every step of the way.‘
