SHOTTLE HALL COMPETITION WINNERS.
DESMOND HULME & LORRAINE JACOB..
16th June 2018.
Desmond & Lorraine won their dream wedding after entering the Shottle Hall Competition organised by Bespoke Weddings. The prize included Exclusive Use of Shottle Hall, and a Food & Drink Package!
A spur of the moment kiss on a Caribbean cruise was the start of Des & Lorraine’s winning partnership in love and business.
They are Avon representatives and worked so hard that they received a trip of a lifetime, a Caribbean cruise in November 2010! One night, during the cruise, getting out of a lift, on their way to the bar, as the doors opened Des grabbed Lorraine’s hand, twirled her around & planted a kiss!
A proposal soon followed on Christmas Day 2015, Des handed a card with “Special wife at Christmas” and written inside was “Will you marry me?” Of course Lorraine said YES!
After entering the Bespoke Competition the couple couldn’t believe their luck when they were selected as Round One & Two Winners at Shottle Hall!
Lorraine said; “Thank you so much to Bespoke Weddings and Louise Marsden for helping us to have our dream wedding …. Cant wait to get married in June 2018 at Shottle Hall …. We are so excited ! Thank you x”
