CONGRATULATIONS
Joshua & Sophie have been selected as Round One & Two Winners of our Bespoke Competition at Brooksby Hall! Their prizes included; Venue Hire, and a Food & Drinks Package!
After being selected to win the Venue Hire at Brooksby Hall as part of Round One of the Bespoke Competition James & Katie were required to write about how they met or their proposal for the chance to win further prizes!
Story
Here is a snippet of their story, which won the judges over, and resulted in them being selected as Round Two winners, for the Food & Drink Package!

We later both went to university and maintained a long-distance relationship. Fast forward, we’re homeowners (and also dog parents – the proposal was on my 25th birthday.
We were walking our fur baby Forrest, it was too muddy for Josh to get down on one knee!) We are so excited to get married, 11 years after it all started.
Upon finding out Joshua & Sophie had won Round Two they said;

“We were beyond shocked when Katie called us to say we won venue hire, so winning round two has just blown us away! We can’t believe it and are so grateful. Winning rounds 1 & 2 means we can get married so much sooner than we ever imagined!”🥰“

In the late 18th and early 19th centuries many famous names owned or leased the Hall as a hunting lodge to enable them to follow the Leicestershire hunts, playing significant parts in history.
Now as part of Brooksby Melton College (a specialist vocational Further and Higher Education college) Brooksby Hall offers superb facilities set in beautiful grounds in the heart of rural Leicestershire.
